Items should be shipped in a box not an envelope because I received my labels wrinkled since my package was wrinkled. Instructions should be added for 1st timers such as 1. Add liquid first before adding labels 2. Do not add caps until you add the liquid.

The package should be boxed and not in an envelope. The labels were wrinkled since the package was wrinkled. Word of advice, there should be instructions especially for 1st timers like me who order. For example: 1. pour liquid first before you add labels. 2. do not put on the caps if you are not bottling them, because you ruin the caps. The bottom twist of the caps come off once you add them to the bottle. Other than the items being really small, everything else was great.

If I can just attach conversation, I would. I ordered to this seller because I have read great reviews. She shipped my bottles and forgot about the sticker and did not admit it until its too late and would just offer a refund? Just WOW. I did not expect it to be like this. Instead of telling the truth, she lied and said "it will be shipped separately". I ordered Sunday, approved the stickers Monday and today is Friday, only bottles came, no stickers. I rarely leave bad reviews because I worked in customer service I know the feeling but I am really disappointed since I promised this favors to a very special person. I hope that it would not happen to others.

Perfect item..the labels were great and the communication between the seller made the design just what I wanted. The little mini bottles even came with a funnel and the caps sealed as they were out on. So happy!
